This programme aims to provide students with professional training and let them pursue a culinary career in the Chinese Cuisine industry. Its contents include practical training on the southern and other regional Chinese cuisines, knowledge of the culture, types of Chinese cooking skills, dim sum production, etc. The integrated learning experience gained in the training centers like restaurants will enable students to fully integrate their learned principles into practice and foster their readiness for employment and/or further professional development.Course Duration Programme Structure Entry Equirement Course Duration
